사모펀드와 M&A 팀이 공시 자료와 자사 문서를 바탕으로 투자설명서(IM) 초안을 만들고, 모든 문장의 출처를 확인하며, 사람이 승인한 내용만 산출물에 담도록 돕는 서비스입니다.

이런 일을 합니다

  • 공시와 자사 자료에서 시작합니다. DART 등 공개 자료와 귀사가 올린 문서에서 재무와 사업 정보를 정리합니다.
  • 출처가 남습니다. 산출물의 문장과 수치는 근거가 된 자료와 연결되어 있습니다.
  • 사람이 승인합니다. AI가 제안한 주장은 귀사 담당자가 승인하기 전에는 산출물에 들어가지 않습니다.
  • 귀사 자료는 귀사 것입니다. 자료는 회사별로 분리해 저장합니다. 귀사가 제공한 기밀 자료는 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 서비스가 생성한 작업물은 귀사가 동의한 경우에만, 식별할 수 있는 정보를 제거한 뒤 학습에 쓰입니다. 외부 AI 모델 사용은 귀사가 허용한 경우에만 이루어집니다.

Google 로그인

Vertavia — a deal workspace for private equity and M&A teams

Vertavia helps private equity and M&A teams draft information memoranda (IMs) from public filings and their own documents, check the source of every statement, and include only what a person has approved.

What it does

  • Starts from filings and your documents. It organizes financial and business information from public sources such as DART and from documents your firm uploads.
  • Keeps the source. Statements and figures in the output are linked to the material they came from.
  • A person approves. Claims proposed by AI do not enter the deliverable until someone at your firm approves them.
  • Your material stays yours. Data is stored separately for each firm. Confidential material you provide is never used to train models. Work product the Service generates is used for training only if your firm agrees, and only after identifying information is removed. External AI models are used only when your firm allows it.

Status

Vertavia is a private beta run with a small number of firms. To ask about access, write to [email protected]. Customers who need product support can use 「문의」 (Contact) in the workspace or write to [email protected].
